We clicked right away, and over the years, that bond only grew stronger. From countless memories to big dreams and late-night brainstorms, we’ve been through it all together.

Now as co-founders of Sal y Limón, we combine our individual strengths to create something truly special. Laura brings the creative spark, dreaming up bold cocktail recipes and curating unforgettable experiences. Joel is all about logistics, the planner, the organizer, the one who keeps every detail on point.
